Include in your message

• Your in-game display name, if relevant.
• Web, iOS or Android and the device/browser model.
• What you expected, what happened, and approximate date/time.
• A screenshot if it does not contain private information.

Accounts and privacy

Google and Apple linking is optional. To delete an account, use the in-game Settings path or the account deletion page. For access, correction or another privacy request, email contact@hordemower.com.

Purchases

Coin packages are sold through Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing where available. Link the HORDE MOWER account to Google or Apple before purchasing; the linked account is how the server-side coin balance is recovered after reinstalling or changing devices.

For a refund, use the store that processed the purchase: request an Apple refund or follow Google Play's refund steps. For missing coins or another transaction problem, email contact@hordemower.com with the store, approximate purchase time and store order reference. Never send a complete card number.
