Delete account & data
You can permanently delete your HORDE MOWER account inside the game. If you no longer have access, you can send a deletion request from the web.
This account and data deletion resource is provided by Bawe Design, VAT ID PL6252467634, REGON 381992360, Poland.
Delete inside the game
- Open HORDE MOWER on the device that holds your account.
- Open Settings.
- Under Privacy & account, select Delete account & data.
- Read the permanent-deletion warning and confirm.
The server deletion is performed immediately after your authenticated confirmation. A new account may be created later if you play again, but deleted progress cannot be restored.
Request deletion without the game
Email contact@hordemower.com with the subject “HORDE MOWER account deletion request”. If the account was linked, contact us from the email associated with your Google or Apple sign-in where possible. Include your in-game display name and approximate last-play date. Never send your Google/Apple password or the device authentication token.
We may ask for limited information to verify that the request belongs to you. Anonymous accounts that are no longer accessible and were never linked may not contain enough information to verify ownership; we will explain the available options rather than disclose or delete someone else’s account.
What is removed
- The HORDE MOWER account and random player identifier.
- Display name and linked Google/Apple account reference.
- Device authentication credential.
- Cloud save, coins, gear, defenses, medals, stages and other account progress.
- Leaderboard entry and its public identity.
- The account link on analytics, run records and anti-cheat observations.
What may remain
De-identified game records may remain for balancing, reliability, aggregate statistics and security. Their player/account reference is removed, and they are not used to reconstruct your account. Limited records may also be retained where law requires them or where necessary to resolve fraud or a transaction dispute; those reasons and periods must be stated in the Privacy Policy.
Deleting a HORDE MOWER account does not by itself delete purchase records that Apple, Google, RevenueCat or Bawe Design must retain for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, refunds or disputes, and it does not delete your Apple or Google account.
Delete local-only data
If no server account has been created, use Settings → Reset all progress to replace the copy on that device with a new blank profile. Browser users can also remove site data for play.hordemower.com in browser settings. This local reset is separate from deleting an existing server account.
